Customer Service Executive - Farnborough - Up to £21K plus incentives

Customer Service Executive is required by a well-known Tour Operator that specialises in adventure travel
Providing Customer Service, selling travel packages, with the responsibility for all aspects of the end to end booking journey as the single point of contact

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Executive:

Understanding customer needs and selling them the right adventure travel experience
Communicating the features and benefits of the product
Adapting our sales process, maximise sales opportunities via all channels and consistently achieve sales and service targets and KPIs
Promoting additional services in order to maximise the generation of additional revenue for the business
Using your own travel experience to assist with customer queries and seek to understand each customers travels' needs
Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that requests are resolved in a calm and professional manner
Executing all assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring team targets and KPI's are met

Key Skills for the Customer Service Executive:

Frontline telesales or customer service experience
A passion for adventure travel, and travel industry experience a bonus
A flexible attitude in the undertaking of all tasks is paramount
Proven results in maximising sales in a target driven, dynamic work environment as well as detailed understanding of the sales and booking process are desirable
Extensive travel experience within a geographical area
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales conversion skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Have the ability to multi-task within a busy team, prioritising and organising workload
Accuracy, quality and excellent attention to detail are paramount
