Problem Manager, leading ITIL based Problem Management across the services department.

As part of the Problem Management team, you'll drive adherence to processes, track trends and apply best practice techniques to eradicate future Major Incidents and Events from occuring. Ensure quality of service and monitor the opportunity to apply change.

You will support the development and introduction of new/updated services. manage and develop Problem management across the wider Services team and proactively manage and review high priority incidents and changes from a process perspective.

9.00am - 5.00pm roles with experience of working in a 24x7 business within a Service Operations environment, preferably with an ITIL focus

Ideally ITIL qualified
