Service Desk Manager - Central London - up to £50,000 p/a

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Manager to join a leading Property Management service based in Central London.
The central aspect of the role will include working within the Service Desk Team, manage them and help their growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a team of 10 people
· Implement and manage new ITIL processes
· Drive continuous improvement and high quality
· Ensure service levels and KPIs are aligned to business outcomes
· Manage escalations and significant incidents

Required Experience

· Strong service desk and leadership skills
· Experience in managing teams of 5+ staff
· Experience in Change and problem management
