Excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager with a vehicle maintenance background, to take on an autonomous, days-based role, developing a team of highly skilled engineers playing a vital part in an expanding family-run business environment while earning an excellent annual salary.

This company specialise in providing logistics and supply chain solutions for key clients dealing with a range of products internationally. Having grown in strength year-on-year they are looking to continue their growth and establish themselves as one of the leaders in their industry across the world.

In this role you will manage the full operation of the company workshop, leading 40 staff spread across a variety of teams. You will manage a number of individuals within the workshop and also get involved in the hands-on repair and maintenance of the company tankers, ensuring they stay out on the road.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a workshop manager/supervisor role, having worked on a range of vehicles in a maintenance or service role.

The role:
· Leading and managing the workshop team
· Service and maintenance on a range of LGV / HGV's
· Managing workshop schedule

· Vehicle maintenance experience
