We are working with welcoming and supportive academy in Bolton to recruit a permanent Science Teacher to start in September 2019.

Role of the Science Teacher
  • Permanent, or long-term if preferred.
  • Starting September 2019.
  • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
  • Full teaching responsibilities.

  • Strong Head of Science.

Requirements of the Science Teacher
  • Enjoys working with the 11-16 age range.
  • Builds relationships and is a reliable presence in pupil's school lives.
  • Promotes a calm, positive classroom and an ethos of mutual respect.
  • Positive and encouraging personality.
  • Resilient and persistent.
  • Previous experience of teaching Science GCSE is essential.
  • Qualified to teach (QTS, QTLS, 14+, 16+ and overseas will be considered).
