Partner Financial are working with a large services group based in West London, looking for an experienced Interim Financial Reporting Manager for an initial 3-6 Month contract. Providing complete financial support to the Financial Controller, the Reporting Manager's remit will include support of the accounting team, statutory and group reporting, management reporting to various group companies, and upcoming funding strategy.

As the business embarks on a transformation initiative, the role will also support the Transformation Manager and all relevant internal stakeholders to redesign, standardise, and unify all current processes, controls, and outputs; maximising efficiency and delivery.

Key Competencies:
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with an excellent academic background
  • Demonstrable experience of dynamically delivering significant change while sustainably improving business efficacy
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent internal and external stakeholder management, and the ability to engage both finance and non-finance professionals
  • Gravitas: a proven history of strong leadership and influencing large-scale initiatives
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge
  • Prior experience working in reporting roles, including process redesign initiatives, is essential
  • SAP reporting experience is desirable
  • Monthly travel abroad is a key part of the role, up to one week's duration.
