I am recruiting for a permanent, full-time Marketing & Communications Manager role, to join a B2B focused, professional and sociable office, based in Reading. Working as part of a larger team and independently, working alongside and reporting to the marketing manager and head of marketing, paying £37,500. I am looking for someone with hands on marketing and communications (internal and/or external) experience that perhaps also has supplier management exposure.

Key Responsibilities;
*Drive the marketing and communications activity to support income generation to new and existing suppliers
*To develop extensive knowledge of the specific market, understand supplier and buyer needs and the competitor landscape
*To actively support Supplier Management by understanding the priorities in the pipeline
*To report on marketing output with a focus on driving team activity, such as, Supplier Management marketing actions, knowledge and training, tool adoption, event planning and execution
*To build effective partnerships with internal teams to maximise collaboration and extend the reach of our resources and activity
*To make our marketing initiatives effective and support income goals for Supplier Management
*Some travel to other UK offices (London)

Skills and Experience required;

To show that you have the right level of skill and experience for this opportunity, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working within a Senior Marketing role.
*Marketing experience within a supplier management or learning industry sector
*Excellent copywriting skills
*Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and HTML, would be an advantage
*Ability to work in an environment with challenging deadlines and changing priorities
*Strong communication skills verbal and written
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally
