Are you experienced in both 1st and 2nd line IT support, handling both technical and non technical queries

If the answer is yes, then we have an exciting IT Service Desk Analyst opportunity at a fast-growing consultancy in Nottingham, where you will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support for IT related issues across a network of offices.

As IT Service Desk Analyst you will handle both 1st and 2nd line issues, providing a high quality support service across various systems and applications. You will be proactive, and provide telephone, email, desk-side and remote support on all issues reported to the IT department.

Salary up to £26,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits!
