  • Receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Build relationships with customers and identify needs through open conversation
  • Managing customer expectations based on their circumstances
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring your achievement of personal goals that include quality and compliance

About you:
  • Very customer focused with a passion for helping others
  • Intelligent & able to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and motivated by rewards (personally & professionally)
  • Experience in Customer Service ideally telephony as well as a professional and fast paced environment
