James Grace are pleased to be partnering with a large employer in Milton Keynes as they recruit for a Retail customer Service Advisor.
This is a full time temporary 3-month position, paying £10.15.
Working hours will vary between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday. Plus, you must be able to work at least 1 Saturday a month.
Your Retail customer Service Advisor Duties will include:
* Work through mailboxes and system queues to a high standard
* Providing customers with a high-quality customer experience through personalised effortless contact
* Element of low volume inbound and outbound calls
* Support dedicated outsource mailbox
* Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure the correct customer outcomes
Skills required for this Retail customer Service Advisor role:
* Strong customer service skills
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
* Have great attention to detail
* PC Literate
