Equally important is a commitment to excellence in Direct Marketing. With natural strategic flair, and excellent numeracy, you'll also have the ability to ensure superb quality in all aspects of operational management across the full range of supporter acquisition activity.

Our fundraising culture is supporter focused and every supporter matters, so you must be able to demonstrate an ability treat all supporters with transparency and dignity.

You will also ensure ActionAid is able to respond quickly and effectively in times of humanitarian crisis by leading on our cold emergency fundraising appeals.

In summary, we're looking for an outstanding Direct Marketing professional with the talent and enthusiasm to transform the lives of the poorest, most disadvantaged women and children in the world, for good.

In return we offer a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave per year - plus the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days of annual leave per year, as well as many other workplace benefits. You will also have plenty of opportunities to learn and further develop your career.

If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and want to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, leading a talented and ambitious team, then please apply.
