Head of Membership and Operations / Procurement required:

Membership Management:

•Working with the CEO the create and implement the overall strategy for our Procurement Hub
•Play a lead role in delivering a refreshed membership value proposition
•Manage the end to end process of your corporate accounts from induction to yearly renewals including:
  • Creating an induction pack to take new members through the clients network, clearly demonstrating the benefits and ROI they will get from working with diverse businesses
  • Managing up to 30 corporate organisations, working with their procurement teams to find relevant opportunities for our EMBs
  • Develop and maintain an effective communication strategy for your assigned accounts
  • Proactively making introductions to your accounts for relevant EMBs
  • Collaborate with the events manager to ensure your accounts regularly attend client programmes, events and conferences
  • Work with hub managers to get better engagement from corporate network in Innovation, Knowledge and Procurement hubs
  • Responsible for maintaining 95% renewals of your accounts ensuring all invoices are sent in a timely manner
  • Maintain the relevant database of our current and potential members


•Work with the CEO to identify and target new corporate members to join the network
•Secure higher level of sponsorship for existing and new client programmes and events.
•Provide continual updates and feedback to the wider team in order to engage the business at all levels to help serve you accounts
•Engage with our global partners to drive integrated corporate engagement
•Reporting to the board of directors around membership performance over the course of the year

Operations:

•Provide leadership and take ownership for automating and creating new templates/procedures for the team to follow
•Responsible for the company's IT system and Infrastructure
•Coordinate IT and project manage requirements around our supplier and buyer portal
•Overlooking the team when the CEO is out of the office

Specialist Knowledge and Attributes:

•Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporations and their procurement processes.
•An understanding of ethnic minority communities, cultures and issues affecting ethnic minorities in business.
•Prior experience of managing corporate accounts, preferably in a membership organisation
•Good experience in project management
•Experience managing and leading a team
•Able to build relationships with and influence c-suite level professionals from corporate organisations
•An influential advocate of change with a track record of instigating, leading and delivering significant change within organisations

General Skills:

•Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills to deliver outcomes on time.

•Experience of management skills, including financial management.
