My Client is a premium fashion brand who are seeking a e-commerce administrator

Key duties:

Create concise and informative listings for a broad range of products and deliver on time to the teams for upload onto the websites.

Become the owner of the product data process with the aim to make product data management a better experience for the business; delivering outstanding experience for our online customers across all channels and improving conversion rate.

Respond to email enquiries from internal and external partners including Customer service, Buying & Merchandising

Conduct weekly site audits and take action to correct/improve where appropriate.

Work closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams as well as the photography coordinator and copywriter to prioritise product data considering intake dates, trade requirements and planned marketing activities.

Writing up best practices and processes relating to product data to ensure continuity and smooth delivery of the product data at all times.

Build and maintain a close relationship with host stores to ensure smooth adaptation to their processes and requirements at all times.

Support the Group and team with the specification, testing and implementation of the multi-channel software planned for early 2019.

You may also be required to the support the team with other tasks in busy time or as the business requires. These tasks may be:

Reporting and ad hoc tasks to ensurethe E commerce trade and planning team deliver their objectives.

Testing new web development releases in line with the optimisation roadmap and working closely with both the E commerce team.
