An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Engineering and Construction for a full time Lecturer in Electrical Installation.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated full time Lecturer to work within the Engineering Team Area. Teaching across a variety of C&G Electrical installation programmes, you must be passionate about the trade and able to prepare our students for the world of work.

The successful candidate will hold appropriate professional qualifications and have experience in the industry. IQA qualifications would be advantageous, but if you are willing to complete this training we would still like to hear from you.

You will put Teaching, Learning and Assessment at the forefront of everything you do and aspire to excellence in all areas of work. The successful candidate will value learner experience and must be a strong role model for our students.

The ideal candidate will be highly effective at managing time, meeting deadlines and must be confident that they can contribute to and improve our team.

The College offers extensive support for new teachers by experienced specialist practitioners and there are options for full teacher training for the right candidate.

This role is a full time position based at our Enterprise Way Campus in Luton.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of School (Barnfield Campus).
