This is an excellent opportunity for an Estates & Facilities Officer to provide building services support at our Chester & Ellesmere Port Campuses. Some Saturday working and participation in the out of hours on call rota will be a requirement in this full time role.

Working on a shift rota, the main duties will include the safe opening and closing of College premises and the preparation of rooms and facilities. You will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair as well as ground maintenance.

The successful candidate will possess a good general standard of education with level 2 qualifications in Maths, English and in a Maintenance or Building related discipline and hold a valid First Aid Certificate (or be willing to work towards). It is essential to have practical experience in general maintenance, ground maintenance, caretaking, with a good working knowledge of building management systems and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet based systems.

You will be based between our Chester and Ellesmere Port Campuses however you may be required to work across other sites on occasions and participate in the out of hours on call rota, therefore a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle will be required.
