MI/Data Manager

The role of the MI/Data Manager is to ensure the dialler is run smoothly and effectively whilst ensuring our drop rates remain within regulated guidelines.

You will be expected to provide accurate dialler analysis and relevant MI in the format of reports as well as creating dashboards.

As the MI/Data Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance management and lead the development of long-term strategy and delivery of an improved, data and operational environment.

You will be expected to lead in the development of MI design and delivery, in order to provide a clear view of business performance, as well as changes to reporting and analytics as a result of continuous improvement strategy.

You will need to manage Direct Reports to ensure timely delivery of reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for the Business that allows us to identify sales opportunities and maximise use of dialler and data opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely MI reports
  • Advise senior management on best strategies to maximise use of the dialler and lists available
  • Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to senior management
  • Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets - both personal and team
  • Identify areas of weakness and recommend/implement corrective action to improve dialler and operational performance
  • MI Data - Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and processes to deliver Business reporting information
  • Manage direct reports ensuring they deliver relevant MI information to run our overall Business as effectively as possible.
  • Become expert in CRM system and adapt for Best Practises throughout the Business to improve efficiencies/reporting and Operational outputs

Skill sets Required for this role:
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to identify opportunities to ensure the Business is working within the required guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to make clear dashboards / draw conclusions to supportthe business
  • Ensure there is a standard, consistent way of analysing and reporting data
  • Structured and strong in planning and issues solving
  • High Level IT and excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills for both oral and in writing across a wide range of audiences
