Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a highly reputable Client in Uxbridge who are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger team, ensuring all tasks are completed within a timely manner and in accordance to the company polies
  • Conducting regular team meetings and 1:1
  • Ensuring invoices are processed within agreed deadlines and payment terms
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Purchase order processing and maintenance
  • Assisting with month-end reporting

The following skills / attributes are required:

  • Previous experience of a supervisory role within Purchase Ledger
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience in processing high-volume payments
  • Excellent organisational skills
