Our professional service client is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager.

The Quality and Complaince Manager will be Involved in all aspects of the business, this is a stand-alone role within the larger Central Services team to ensures our cleint achieves and maintains upper quartile performance in internal quality, compliance and risk management.

Accountabilities are as follows:

Full understanding of and compliance with regulatory body requirements (RICS/RTPI)

* Full understanding of and compliance with any changes in legislation to include GDPR, money laundering etc.

* Keeping the Executive Board up to date on emerging regulatory and legislative changes

* Overseeing and improving the performance of internal qualitative audits

* Fulfilling duties of 'Complaints Officer' within the firm

* Acting as primary support to the 'Responsible Principal

' * Overseeing and improving internal processes to ensure risk is managed accordingly

* Developing appropriate KPIs

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in a professional services business, developing KPIs and reporting and presenting to senior management

* Understanding of internal audit, risk management and compliance; ideally well established internal audit/compliance/quality experience in a professional firm

* Knowledge of professional regulatory requirements (if not RICS/RTPI then accountancy, legal or similar)

Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to travel around the Office network on a regular basis and on occasion, be prepared to adapt working hours to suit business needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and also have the ability to develop good working relationships with Central Services, The Executive Board and the Lead Partners.
