A IT hardware provider based in North West London is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused IT sales candidates with a consultative selling approach, and a passion for acquiring new customers as well as looking after a current customer base. If you are you an ambitious sales professional with an interest in IT or have experience within IT sales, then we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

Pro-active new business development.

Warm calling & cold calling customers with regards to their IT hardware, offering new technologies, renewing their current solutions or alternative solutions to meet their needs.

Providing outstanding customer service and have a customer first attitude.

Professionally handling and responding to inbound e-mails and calls.

Processing customer orders onto system.

Following up with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieving personal targets of sales and gross contribution.

Identifying new profitable sales opportunities with existing clients.

Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Creating sales proposal and quotation documents.

Actively helping other team members and having a team player attitude.

Ensuring enquiries are dealt with and followed up in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

2+ years' Sales experience preferably in IT

Knowledgeable in IT hardware and able to consult customers according to their business requirements.

Customer-first attitude - Ability to provide outstanding customer service and experience.

Proficient in mathematics and able to make relevant sales calculations.

Able to work effectively individually as well as in a team.

Able to listen to and follow guidelines effectively.

Ability to organise very well and follow up with customers effectively.

Great organisational skills - able to build a schedule and use a calendar to serve as a reminder for future events and follow-ups.

Prioritisation skills - able to prioritise tasks according to importance and urgency.

High attention to detail - able to maintain accuracy in a variable-pressure environment and ability to spot/rectify any issues before problems occur.

Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate well internally in the business as well as with customers and potential clients.

Negotiation Skills - able to secure win-win agreements.

You will receive 2-3 weeks training during the start of your employment, as well as on-the-job training once you have become established in your role.

Other Requirements:

Must live within 25 minutes commute from Colindale NW9

£18K - £25K basic salary + performance bonus based on meeting sales targets and gross contribution.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Experience: Sales - 2 years (Preferred)
