IFA Administrator (12month FTC)

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to provide timely and efficient administration support to the IFA's. The purpose of this role is to manage the full back office administration process and free up the IFA to deliver tailored, client-focused advice to clients.

Your role will involve the preparation of correspondence, interaction with clients, diary management and setting up appointments. Accuracy of client records and maintaining files. Preparing new business and review packs for client meetings, conducting research and obtaining illustrations on projects as requested using online systems. You will be the IFA's dedicated in-house support responsible for carrying out all office administration on their behalf.

The right candidate will have 12 months prior experience within a similar role, exceptional organisational and planning skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, excellent relationship management capabilities and be entirely computer literate. With excellent oral and written communication skills, you must have a keen eye for detail. You will be a team player seeking an opportunity for continuous learning who is equally capable of working under your own initiative.
