Excellent opportunity to work for a leading Pensions Consultancy who has an excellent reputation in their sector

A vacancy has arisen within the expanding Pension Administration team working on projects and administration for a varied client portfolio.

Duties include:
  • Project managing projects such as renewals, benefit statements and lifestyling/investment switches.
  • Monitoring on going procedural developments and implementing changes to procedures where required.
  • Assisting more junior members of staff.
  • Handling internal and external telephone queries
  • Performing manual benefits calculations.
  • Assisting the team with project related work.
  • Updating relevant pension administration databases and systems.
  • Dealing with more complex pensions queries.
  • Assisting in non-client related work such as technical committees, training and events.

You will have:
  • Previous pension's administration experience of Defined Contributions (DC) schemes.
  • This role is likely to appeal to individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience although not exclusive as all applications will be considered on an individual basis.
  • IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Flexible, motivated and analytical.
