Raw Talent Academy have partnered with Redgate Software who are looking to expand their current sales team.

The Opportunity

As a Renewals Sales Executive, you will undergo extensive training to support you in offering the best possible service to clients and achieving your personal goals.

You will be working with their US customer base during an afternoon/evening shift. You will spend your time building strong relationships with existing customers whose software licenses are due for renewal. You'll be looking to identify any risks to the renewal early and work with the customer to mitigate these and ensure you do all you can to keep their account.

What We Want From You
  • A passion for sales, with 1+ years' experience in B2B or solutions-based sales
  • Open to learning about something new or building on what you already know
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good rapport builder
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • An interest/prior knowledge in software or technology - ideal but not essential
  • Confidence NOT arrogance
  • Team player - willing to get stuck in, and willing to learn!
  • Excellent administration skills
