The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be based in modern offices in Bolton and will be joining an busy and driven team. This company are looking for motivated and organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them through their busy summer period.

Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk:

Input of invoices / credits

*

Set up new supplier accounts

*

Matching to purchase orders

*

Preparing payments to go to suppliers

*

Liaising with depots to ensure purchase orders are raised, and sort any queries

*

Meeting monthly objectives

*

Monthly statement reconciliations

*

Cover for purchase ledger payment runs

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have/be:

* Adaptable to change

* Organised

* Self directed

* Previous knowledge of a Purchase Ledge role

Job Offer

* Monday - Friday

* £18,000 - £20,000
