Sales Enablement Program Manager (Manc)Sales Enablement Program Manager (Manc)Job Description:Provide an ongoing strategic approach, to increase sales knowledge, skills and productivity for Aruba Sales organization across the EMEA theatre.Responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to training Aruba EMEA theatre Sales. Partners with Technologist, L&D Business/Function, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational planning of training and related programs specifically for Sales, pre-sales and channel partners. Plans and develops training and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company.Work as a team member in the enablement team with the goal to support the customer and sales engagement process and other areas, such as, effective onboarding or sales employees coordinating with world-wide to ensure new hires receive effective guidance, mentoring and training to have them fully operational soonest, plus enablement, activities and training that drives sales strategy and business development, e.g. Miller Heiman, and also support the planning of EMEA events like TSS, Discover and AtmosphereResponsibilities(Each team member will own parts of the overall responsibility of the team.)Partners with the rest of the EMEA Enablement team, the rest of the EMEA Aruba Solutions team, and in country stake holders like category managers and sales leaders, to ensure the right support available to drive the business and to help identify the capabilities needed by employees to achieve business growth, revenue, and profit objectives. Creates plans aligned with business strategy and priorities within established budgets and other constraints to develop employee capability to meet the business objectives more successfully, especially to address gaps in capability and/or performance. Develops and leads programs and projects related to training across Aruba Sales EMEA.Cultivate and continue to develop recognized Center of Expertise in various business verticals, sales onboarding and Strategic Sales planning.Drives strategies and initiatives at the regional & business group level by exercising some governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, establishing priorities and direction).Significant responsibility to engage stakeholders by being able to show timely, and effective ROI education and learning initiatives.Develops relationships with relevant internal professionals in order to ensure Aruba's Sales team in EMEA maintain current market trends knowledge.Duties for the EMEA Enablement team.(Each team member will own parts of the overall duties.)Supporting Sales with Content, Training and Analytics, which in turn, supports Sales organization to have valuable conversations with the right set of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer's problem-solving life cycle. Incubate and help position new strategic focus areas until they are more mature, collaborating with Global Enablement and Region leadership.Responsible for:Will work closely with all cross-functional departments within the region and with the Global Enablement Organization aid in the development and deployment of sales facing training programsRepresenting all audience needs within their region includes Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering both inside Aruba and to/with the Partner CommunityContinuously evaluate and drive Regional Certification and Channel programs, with the aid of the WW Channel Enablement lead, within Global Enablement, to bring value to Channel Partners and enable them to sell, design, and deliver technical solutions with the greatest independence.Identify Enablement or Education gaps that potentially inhibit the execution of Business priorities and develop training programs to begin to close those gaps.Plan, roll-out, support and drive Education Plans for Employees and Channel Partners. Coordinate those plans with Communications representatives and ensure adoption of key messaging and impact statements as well as coordination of schedule and release announcements.Align Communications opportunities with every Education or Training Plan. Partner with Global enablement and regional marketing teams on the communication, consumption and tracking of Education Solutions.Analyze impact of Enablement and Education efforts on Regional business priorities.Represent and present Enablement and Education activities at internal and external events, within regionManage ongoing "enablement" communication with the EMEA field - e.g. newsletters and webinarsOwn and organize enablement activities and manage calendar for sales and pre-sales enablement activities.Work with Category Leads and marketing and build plans for enablement for NPI activitiesHelp design activities countries can use for local enablement activities like reseller trainings, roadshows, webinarsSales OnboardingEstablish and gain consensus on Full sales onboarding program; bringing together all aspects of what is currently available now to be a well understood program to maximize sales effectiveness for all new hires, including internal HPE transfers as well as external hiresEstablish with WW a robust process to ensure all sales new hire attend the relevant Sales New Hire Orientation training.Extend current Sales NHO to ensure employees are well-versed in the tools associated with Sales Operations, including pricing, order processing, etc.Establishing a broader infrastructure to support new hires, i.e. buddy for first period (to be defined) working in Aruba Sales EMEA.Timely training on Sales methodologySupport transitional programs, e.g. where employees move to new product portfolios; relevant and timely training needs to be accessibleSales Methodology - Supporting the business in extending its roll out, upkeep and refreshers of its Miller Heiman Sales Methodology training, like MHSS and LAMPAruba Academy - Coordinate with WW+regions and prioritize the roll out of Aruba Academy in EMEAEvents - Coordinate with marketing, Category team and pre-sales team, and help organize the activities at EMEA events like TSS at AtmosphereEducation and ExperienceFirst-level university degree; advanced university degree in business preferred.Typically 5+ years in learning and development program management, with significant strategic experienceKnowledge and SkillsGood knowledge of programs and projects related to sales enablement training across ArubaStrong project management and prioritization skills.Ability to build partnerships across various functions.Strong communication skills - written, oral and presentation.Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently.Strong consulting skills.Strong business acumenJob:Learning & DevelopmentJob Level:ExpertHewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.HPE will comply with all applicable laws related to the use of arrest and conviction records, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and similar laws and will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.Hewlett Packard EnterpriseTechnology innovation that fosters business transformation.We Are In the Acceleration BusinessWe help customers use technology to slash the time it takes to turn ideas into value.
