Temp to Perm Accounts Assistant position

Your new company
A manufacturing company based in Elland are looking for an accounts assistant to support them on a temporary basis, with the role then becoming permanent after a short period of time.

Your new role
In this accounts assistant temporary role, you will mainly be responsible for the Purchase Ledger. In addition to this you will be working on the wages, employee expenses, sales ledger, supplier payment/statements and cash book balancing. They may also be ad hoc admin and finance duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will have prior experience working with an accounts assistant or purchase ledger position. This will allow you to hit the ground running and pick up all job duties in the role. You would ideally have experience working on the Sispro Accounting Software, of other accounting software such as Sage, Xero or bespoke systems. You will be immediately available to start work.

What you'll get in return
The company are offering a competitive salary equivalent of £20,000 for this role, on the job training with the accounting software, a great team working environment and the slight chance of a permanent position. Standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-2.
