We are looking for an inspiring and organised Store Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of House of CB.

The Role as a Store Manager:

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in the continued growth and success of House of CB. The role requires an individual who can drive profitable performance and operate an efficient store. You will be responsible for managing, training and motivating your own team as well as liaising regularly with Senior Management. You will use your passion for customer service and fashion to create a unique shopping experience and build a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and lead by example to create a friendly and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

-Ensure the store is maximising its full potential and that targets are consistently hit or exceeded.

-Deliver exceptional customer service by going above and beyond for our customers.

-Interpret sales reports and use the information to implement actions to drive store performance.

-Maintain brand standards and ensure the concession is well stocked and visually inviting.

-Lead, develop and manage a team as well as follow detailed HR processes and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

-Minimum of 1 year retail management experience

-Sales and target driven

-Customer focused

-Excellent organisation skills with a forward thinking attitude

-Self motivated

-Excellent communication skills

-Strong visual merchandising skills

-Passionate about House of CB
