About the Role

Your impact as a SM&CR Pan UK Business & Systems Partner:
  • Application of Control Framework on SM&CR BOM ~ point of contact with local SM&CR business / entity SM&CR partners,
  • Assurance of local SM&CR processes,
  • Monitor, Test and Audit SM&CR Controls in conjunction with local SM&CR 'Business Partners & MI / Reporting SME,
  • Provide input to governance effectiveness reviews,
  • Advisor to local SM&CR Business Partners on all SM&CR related processes,
  • Act as a point of contact for organisational changes, assessing the impact on SM&CR compliance,
  • Coordination of Aon SM&CR Forum,
  • SM&CR System administration & process initiation,
  • Point of contact for local SM&CR system enquires,
  • Internal monitoring & control reporting to assure content of SM&CR Dashboards,
  • External reporting & collating of SM&CR MI on a Pan-UK basis,
  • Ensure accuracy of AON data in FCA Directory for Certified Persons and NEDs,
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
  • Knowledge of SM&CR regulation,
  • Good understanding of AON or a similar matrix organisation,
  • Broad experience of HR systems including Workday, ICIMS, Ethics Point and an affinity towards systems operation and structure,
  • Experience of administration of business systems and applications,
  • Confidence and credibility to face off to the organisation's most senior management and directors,
  • Ability to influence decision making at a management level,
  • Ability to analyse situations, data and documents and provide opinions and recommendations,
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills,
  • Comfortable providing face to face communication, education and training,
