We may not deal directly with our customers, but we play an absolutely vital role in making sure that our customer-facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.

What you'll be doing

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, enabling us to ultimately deliver as a platform rather than single parallel products. At all times you retain a strong customer focus whilst being clear on the business requirements. The target market may have all very different values, priorities, perceptions, tolerances and experiences, therefore the ability to understand and extract customer nuance is crucial.

The important stuff

You have experience making decisions on product direction: you have an enthusiasm and respect for great products, no matter where they come from, and get excited creating them. Your passion for low friction, beautiful user experience is matched by your articulate and succinct writing and speaking skills. You care as much about the customer experience as the technical details behind it. You already know that data is critical, want to measure everything, and make decisions on the basis of what your products (and your gut) tell you. You are self-directed, energetic, and hungry to build high impact software products. You constantly look right and left around the market to identify and nurture good ideas from any source and move confidently to bring those ideas into reality.

What's a typical day?

You will have the ability to build an iterative and constantly improving digital service experience, one that serves a customer in their digital channel, reducing the need to call. You would be making decisions on product direction. You will be working closely with the team and target the launch of new channels from a single platform approach, using new technologies to enable the redesign of customer journeys with a true 'Digital first' lens and continuous improvement, to improve the quality of the digital service experience. In addition to this you will be showing your passion for low friction, beautiful user experience is matched by your articulate and succinct writing and speaking skills. Constantly looking right and left around the market to identify and nurture good ideas from any source and move confidently to bring those ideas into reality would be part of the role as well.

Who we're looking for?
  • Experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in working with technical teams to deliver software products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digital product management experience in consumer-focused companies.
  • Experience influencing software engineers to build high quality products in an agile environment
  • and achieve excellent customer outcomes and driving a strong risk culture throughout the business
  • Flexible to work variable hours due to the international geographic locations of our business partners
