2nd Line Applications Support Analyst

A leading provider of cloud based enterprise solutions, due to growth are now looking for additional 2nd Line Applications Support Analysts to join their existing customer support function based in Camberley.

Reporting into the Customer Support Manager the successful individuals will be responsible for providing both telephone and remote support to users on their range of bespoke software modules in a professional, timely and effective manner which will include managing queries through to resolution and working with development, database and integration teams to resolve complex systems problems.

The successful individuals are likely to be degree qualified or equivalent within Computing or a related subject but more importantly will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within an 2nd line applications support, software support, customer support, helpdesk support or service desk support capacity, providing support to users on bespoke software applications.

Individuals who can demonstrate basic experience of modifying queries / scripts in SQL for investigation purposes or experience of working with Linux operating would be of distinct interest to our client, though not essential as training can be provided.

This position is offering a salary in the region of £23,000 - £40,000 depending on experience together with extensive associated benefits including 25 days holiday rising to 28 days with service + bank holidays, 4 x death in service benefit, permanent health insurance, private medical and contributory pension scheme.
