Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Manager who will partner effectively with senior stakeholders and will manage an engaged team of dynamic and passionate recruiters. Your team will be responsible for establishing phenomenal stakeholder engagements and driving memorable candidate experiences. In creating a culture of continuous improvement and development, the Recruitment Manager will inspire a team to achieve greatness, interpret and establish metrics and reports that are clearly and easily understood, and to drive initiatives that allow us to go from good to great with flawless execution.Recruiting for Bechtel not only matters, but the flawless execution of it directly enables us to achieve our goals and the business's needs. In this role you will be reporting to the Americas' Talent Acquisition Manager and be a trusted part of the leadership team.Responsibilities:Manage a regionally deployed talent acquisition organization in the UK & Europe, currently a small recruitment team.Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and extension of offersEnsure all staffing and recruitment targets are met for both permanent and contingent hiresProvide oversight and guidance on statutory requirements for staffing/recruitment within the regionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicantsPartner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast talent acquisition needs and prepare the regional recruitment organization to meet the staffing/hiring requirementsResponsible for resolving escalated issues as they arriveSupport hiring managers by ensuring job description is ready for posting, interview plan is determined, and candidate feedback is managed quickly and efficientlyIn times of surge full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extension of offersPartner with other talent acquisition team members, which may include recruitment coordinators and sourcing support, to ensure that position recruitment strategies are being enactedEvaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviews applicants on consistent set of qualificationsSourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as neededCreate and foster relationships with various professional organizations to attract and recruit niche candidatesParticipate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategiesDevelop an effective pipeline of key talent which will be potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictateStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.Evaluates Talent Acquisition metrics as needed to provide updates to hiring managersBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Extensive experience with talent acquisition, familiarity with high volume and fast paced environmentsSignificant experience managing a talent acquisition teamPrior experience developing and managing large scale recruitment campaigns and strategiesDemonstrated experience to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location levelAwareness of relevant employment laws & compliance requirementsStrong external/internal networking and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of talent acquisition best practicesStrong management skillsStrong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to travel as neededPreferred Qualifications:Current AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies) and/or recruiting certificationHold expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, etc.Behavioral Interviewing techniquesTrained on Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management etc.)Experience working with global teams, culturesExcellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are requiredAbility to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communitiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyStrong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
