Attendance and Punctuality manager required from September 2019

The role of attendance and punctuality manager is an important one which ensures the welfare and safety of students, as well as supporting achievement. It is important for the school to be informed of the whereabouts of all of its students during school hours. The manager will work closely with Head of Years (HoYs), the Lead Pastoral Practitioner, Deputy Heads (DHs) and parents or carers to ensure that students have the highest attendance record possible and arrive punctually to school. The manager will also be expected to identify any concerning patterns of behaviour in attendance and punctuality in individuals. Records need to be accurate and it is important that the attendance manager works with teachers to enable them to recognise that a register is a legal document which needs to be taken accurately and punctually. There is no line management responsibility associated with this post but the ability to engage and work supportively with the whole school community is of the utmost importance.

This is an ideal position for graduates or experienced professionals who are eager to work within education. It is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the best schools within London. To be considered for this opportunity please forward an updated CV as soon as possible.
