This exciting role is to lead Pattonair key marketing messages by target audience (customers, employees, suppliers), creating the required content (together with an external agency and internal stakeholders) to deliver these messages in line with our brand purpose and defined brand guidelines, and managing the appropriate on and off-line channels. These channels are principally our website, supplier and customer portals, LinkedIn and Twitter on social media, sponsorship assets, and a focused set of global marketing collateral.

This role will work collaboratively with the commercial teams in each region to ensure all activities form part of our annual marketing plan and calendar, which is owned by the Head of Marketing, supported by the Marketing Manager and our external full service marketing agency and trade PR firm. Particular focus on pre and post event initiatives to more fully-leverage our investments, including a to be developed CRM system and process. Direct management of our website, social media channels, and any printed collateral and audio-visual assets, and working collaboratively with the HR team to ensure internal communications form an integrated part of this annual plan.

A particular focus needs to be given to how we drive effThe successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional coming from a highly commercial background and be CIM qualified and ideally have a business degree.
The candidate must be experienced in the following:

- defining, leading and delivering a highly effective B2B marketing strategy,
- Be used to working with a long marketing cycle and multi million pound deals

- developing communications messages for differing audiences in line with brand guidelines, selecting and optimising the use of appropriate channels.
- successfully utilising innovative methods (i.e. social media, CRM, videos, info graphics etc) to effectively communicate messages and branding in a globally consistent manner.ective global sales and marketing activity, bringing marketing to the front of our commercial sales plans and optimizing the effectiveness of our sales cycle, from initial market segmentation and targeting and awareness raising, through to positively influencing perceptions of the brand, through to securing sales meetings and opportunities and maximizing our conversion rate of those opportunities.
