Falmouth Exeter Plus is the service delivery partner of Falmouth University (Falmouth) and the University of Exeter (UoE).We deliver shared services and facilities for UoE and Falmouth in Cornwall underpinned by close collaboration with FXU, the combined students' union for Falmouth and UoE, to ensure that the interests of students and staff are at the heart of everything that Falmouth Exeter Plus delivers.

What does this role involve?

This role will ensure first class marketing is being created, whilst delivering a range of promotions and events for clients and students at the University of Exeter, Falmouth University, and Falmouth & Exeter Student Union (FXU), as well as ensuring clear signposting of all outlets.

Through day-to-day oversight of marketing related to the campus bars, entertainment and catering outlets, you will provide high quality and efficient publications, as well as other communications through the production process, including defining the creative brief, briefing the design studio, proofreading, and securing approval and final sign-off from the appropriate department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work independently and part of a wider team, who deliver the services available to students on campus.We are looking for an existing outward and creative thinking person, with knowledge of design, social media, copywriting, advertising and photography, as well as laws around these areas and the impact these will bring toevents and promotions.

We are looking for someone who can help drive footfall, and bring in fresh ideas for some of the Universities' events and promotions, as well as ensure our social media content is representing our brands, so you'll bring with you extensive experience in promoting products and services.

You'll get to work on exciting student focused events and services including Fresher's week and other events held in the bar, as well as catering outlets across both campuses.You will need to be flexible with your working hours (37.5 per week including weekends).
