3rd Line Support Engineer - Azure - Huge Training Opportunities in O365!

A 3rd Line Support Engineer (Azure) is required for a Microsoft Partner who is the leading provider of Big Data and Analytics solutions working with enterprise organisations.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Azure), you will have experience of the following:

- Supporting Azure Environments - administration of servers

- Troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis

- An understanding of O365 - desirable but not essential!

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Azure), you shall be providing internal and external support on the O365/Azure platform. You shall also be monitoring Managed Customers' Azure environments to ensure that there are no issues and that the environments have been backed up.

You will be based from the Camberley Office with some time spent on customer sites and occasionally in London.
