Bright Horizons Bruntsfield is currently recruiting for a Room Leader to join our stunning nursery.

The nursery is located in a townhouse, which is very close to large green space and local amenities allowing the children to go on a lot of local trips.

There is local bus links to the nursery, it is a half an hour walk from the Haymarket train station and there is local parking nearby.

Your role as Room Leader will include:

- Lead and inspire the team to work towards a common goal sharing ideas and feedback to create consistency

- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

- Understand the importance of keeping everyone safe and the part you play

- Have a child centred approach, ensuring through monitoring that the observation and planning process meets the needs of all children and their interests.

- Maintaining and monitoring of accurate and effective children's records and completion of progress checks

- Attend staff meetings and training

- Coach, mentor and manage other staff when required
