Our client is a large organisation employing a diverse workforce throughout the UK. People are at the heart of the business and they are currently in the process of developing processes and systems to support and enable business evolvement and growth.

In line with several key HR projects they are seeking an experienced and talented HR Systems Project Manager on a fixed term project of six months to support the HR Team and wider business.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a pivotal role within the HR department and will require the ability to engage stakeholders within the HR team and across the wider business, ensuring that an excellent quality of service is delivered. The role will encompass all functions of the HR department including Payroll, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment and talent management and will involve facilitating the smooth delivery of projects concurrently to ensure delivery of a streamlined, efficient and effective HR services to internal customers.

A mix of Project Management skills and HR knowledge is required to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will ideally have a recognised HR and/or project management qualification and experience gained in HR service delivery with a good knowledge of HR functions, coupled with excellent IT and communication skills. Highly organised and with the ability to influence and communicate.
