Sovereign Automotive, are looking to recruit a Claims Handler, to work in our Epsom offices.

Sovereign Automotive are a Taxi, private hire and black cab accident management specialist, we aim to get our large customer base back on the road and making an earning as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Here at Sovereign Automotive our Claims Handlers are the first point of contact for our clients, the role is primarily about supporting the client following their accident, ensuring that we record accurate data about their claim and get them back on the road, stress free.

Taking inbound calls, recording sensitive information, making decisions with regard to the hire of a replacement vehicles from our fleet, all the time upholding the high level of Customer Service that we pride ourselves on.

Make outbound calls to chase third party insurers, witnesses, internal departments and complete related administration tasks.
Taking ownership of your own caseload and customers, you become the single point of contact for your clients, offering ongoing support.

The right candidate will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal. With an excellent customer service manner.

Have strong computer skills and be proficient in using all Microsoft suits - including outlook and Excel.

Need to be a team player as you may at times cover other handlers caseloads or help out with other adhoc tasks in your team.

Be able to handle your own workload and work to strict deadlines.

Technical training

You do not need any prior claims experience, just strong customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task between admin and telephone work.
