JOB TITLE: Service Desk Manager

LOCATION: Surrey

SALARY: £40,000

THE COMPANY

I am recruiting a Service Desk Manager to run a Managed Service Desk for an independent ServiceNow partner.

THE ROLE

The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Service Desk and Support Team. This will include line management of the support team, responsible for the production of reporting and become Incident Manager for all major incidents. You will also work with customers to implement a proactive change process that prevents future incidents.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Service Desk Manager will have extensive Service Desk management experience. ServiceNow experience is also essential as well as being ITIL V3 certified.
