Make a real difference to the lives of animals.

The south Bucks branch of the RSPCA cares for around 400 sick, injured and abandoned animals in our local area each year. Finding them new homes and giving them a second chance is the main focus of our work. Many are beloved pets from owners who can no longer care for them; others are rescued from abuse and neglect.

Trustee Recruitment

We are looking for new trustees who will add to the broad range of skills and expertise on our existing Board. As a trustee you will have the chance to influence how the branch continues its valuable work to help and promote animal welfare.  As an animal lover this will allow you to be able to make a real difference to the lives of animals.

Most people aged 18+ are eligible to become a trustee.  All trustees must be a member of the RSPCA South Bucks branch.

What are we looking for?

  • Commitment to the aims, principles and policies of the RSPCA South Bucks.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, exercise good, independent judgement and work effectively as a Board member.
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to participate actively in discussions and numeracy to the extent required to understand financial records and accounts.
