2nd – 3rd Line Support Engineer

A talented 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer is needed to join a specialist provider of fully managed IT solutions. Working onsite at a client's head office in Central London within a team of dedicated service engineers, you will be supporting users onsite and remotely.

You will utilise your knowledge in Windows desktop operating systems, deployment tools of SCCM, MS Office, Citrix clients, build, testing, AD Office 365.

Formed in 2014, this support company has expanded rapidly having been awarded a major contract in the public service. Since then, they have focussed on delivering the highest level of customer service and have developed a team of professional Helpdesk administrators and engineers to provide technical support. Joining as the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer you will provide first class support to a managed service contract based within the client's offices. Whether you are supporting remote and onsite Windows Desktop users, preforming technical work activities, escalating issues to the Service Manager, ensuring daily checks have been completed or keeping accurate reports, it will be your approach to ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded that will ensure success within the role.

To qualify. You should be a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Managed Service Specialist / Technical Support Engineer / Managed Services Support Executive / IT Support Engineer / Tech Support Analyst / IT Support Executive or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a 2nd / 3rd line support role;
  • Highly experienced in supporting Windows 365 users;
  • You are comfortable working face-to-face with customers;
  • Experience working on client sites;
  • Familiar working to SLAs;
  • The ability to manage your own workload;
  • Excellent team player.
