We are looking for a bright, self-starter to work at our West London Head Office within a

small but very busy team. Looking to start immediately. You will be working alongside the Marketing

Manager and PR/Brand Consultant.

Marketing

• Coordinating print, distribution and communication both internally & externally of

promotions, point of sale visuals and materials, relevant signage and brand stationery

• Executing promotional activities and partnerships to raise brand awareness and drive

footfall

• Have an understanding and/or interest in the digital and social media landscape within the

beauty industry.

• Ideate initiatives that will enhance consumer journey across awareness, engagement, and

conversion touch points.

• Assist with the development and analysis of marketing programs/strategies and tactics for

driving customer relationships, optimizing data capture and increasing subscription revenue.

• Assist with the creation of a brand relevant marketing calendar translating that calendar into

actionable and detailed cross-team briefs as required.

• Collaborate with others as needed to execute 360° marketing/engagement efforts,

collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve revenue and engagement goals.

• Coordinate closely with the area managers, design team and the finance team well as external

partners as needed to successfully deploy campaigns. This includes communicating project

requirements to internal teams, ensuring quality assurance of campaign launches, etc.

• Work with Senior Manager to measure and report on results of marketing efforts, assessing

results against relevant KPIs/goal.

• Assist in the evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels (stores,

concessions, web, mobile, social, and strategic partners) and turn learnings into actionable

next steps to quickly pivot to ensure that departmental goals are met.

• Help identify and leverage native, social and content marketing opportunities to achieve our

goals.

• Collaborate with Senior Manager and brand leads to maintain a consistent brand voice and

messaging.

• Identify and act on new technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage our

audiences.

Experience

• Graduate with some experience in Marketing and/or PR, ideally within the beauty industry

• An excellent communicator, both verbal and written communications

• MUST HAVE FMCG BEAUTY EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE LINE-MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

• digital marketing experience in e-commerce, advertising, and/or retail

organization with an understanding in driving engagement and consumer revenue.

• A digital marketer with an ability to work with editorial and digital product teams to develop

brand relevant marketing initiatives.

• Analytical and data-driven with a keen creative sensibility.

• Highly organized and enjoys working in a detail-oriented role.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong ability to prioritize tight project deadlines and multi-task.

• Adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people.

• Ability to properly QA and proofread all campaigns and communications.

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and content

management systems.

• Ability to effectively design and write copy for campaigns.

• Ability to think critically about problems, troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

• Effective time management skills.

• Conversant and able to use technology and marketing platforms and tools that can measure

and drive marketing programs and conversions.

• An innate desire to seek out, understand and evaluate emerging technologies and then provide

perspective for adoption where appropriate.

• Understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices. Seeks to stay abreast of

digital marketing activities of other organizations and develop actionable insights.

• Have or develop a strong working knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics,

Omniture, Adobe Audience Manager

• Experience in MS office & Adobe products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop).

• A self-starter able to work on own initiative with the drive, determination and commitment

to get things done.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of work.

• A strong project management skill with the ability to manage high profile projects

simultaneously and deliver on time

• A proven innovative approach to marketing - thinking creatively and coming up with new

ideas

• The ability to identify new and interesting opportunities to bring our brand to life

• The ability to work with a range of third parties and build rapport with internal clients at all

levels
