Executive Assistant to Chief Executive and Chair

Today, 12 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. CLIC Sargent is the UK's leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. Position: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive and Chair
Location: London Office (Hammersmith - nearest station is Hammersmith or Barons Court)
Job type: Full Time, 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the role:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Chair of CLIC Sargent. You'll provide high quality professional support to both the Chief Executive and Chair, supporting the Board of Trustees and Executive Team and managing key corporate processes.

About you:

You will have highly developed administrative skills and experience of diary management, developing internal and external communications, coordinating a calendar of senior level meetings, minute taking for complex meetings and managing corporate administrative processes.

This role will be suitable for a skilled Executive Assistant with previous experience of providing support at CEO or Director level. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organised and proactive and able to manage and prioritise deadlines. You will pay meticulous attention to detail and be an excellent communicator.
