My client are a global awarding winning company that specialise in numerous different sectors. They're looking for an individual who can work within a fast paced and print environment. You will administer items specific production estimates from supplied artwork and specifications; while ensuring that production requirements and deadlines are met in all the various departments and reporting it to the technical supervisor.

The main duties include-
  • Creating production estimates and checking virtual work tickets.
  • Liaising with several internal departments and external customers to resolve various issues.
  • Checking and signing off artwork specifications while updating production plans to enable manufacturing deadlines are met.
  • Understand and interpret customer proofs.
  • General administration including moving data from one program to another.

Skills, experience, behaviours and knowledge-

  • Customer service background.
  • Strong IT skills including word and excel as data will have to be inputted.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
  • A team player.
  • Confident and personable.
  • Attention to detail and someone who is methodical and accurate.
  • Completer / finisher.
  • Carry out work while taking responsibility and care for others and own safety.

  • Minimum one year's experience related to print/ packaging and/or relevant print qualification.
