What are we looking for?

Otis is currently recruiting for a change management and communications expert for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract role to be based at our Leicester Customer Care Centre. The main goal of this role is to take the lead on the change and communication plans for our JDE Implementation project, ensuring we maximize employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

As the Change Management and Communications Lead, you will:
  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to our business processes, systems and technology as well as job roles and organisation structures
  • Help prepare our timeline and define the communication strategy in conjunction with the project team and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the right message is going to the right people at the right time
  • Be responsible for the change management strategy, providing guidance and training to all stakeholders involved in major changes
  • Implement a change management process and tools to support the adoption of changes throughout the business
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a solid background in both change management and communications
  • Have extensive experience of project management and be able to implement and work to a plan
  • Be able to demonstrate exceptional writing skills, showing a good command of the English Language and a creative writing style
  • Show that you have the ability to influence and drive change in a complex commercial organisation
