versatile Engineering Manager, with a growth mind-set and commitment to

build self-organising and motivated teams of Engineers, aligned around a shared
vision to increase Flow our
engineering pipeline, leverage faster Feedback and continuously Learn. Your highly collaborative style
will help to nurture a culture of growth and learning, and you will demonstrate
the courage and resilience to persevere when faced with new challenges.

What you'll do

Build and retain a high performing, quality
focusedcommunity of software Engineers that are driven to continuously learn
and improve our product development capacityProvide leadership to your management team (5
Engineering Leads) with overall accountability for your sites Engineering
function (30 Engineers)Facilitate the on-time delivery of software
solutions to the required standards in a fast-paced agile environmentBring your ideas, creativity and energy to work
every day in support of the strategies that you will help develop and ensure
are implemented to the highest standard.Actively seek opportunities for yourself and
your team to improve, including attending conferences, contributing to our
community wiki and networkingTake collective ownership for the platform as a
whole, responding to its needs for stability, availability and securityWork closely with colleagues to share knowledge
and ensure the continuous growth of our Engineering community

approach towards a collaborative Engineering culture. Our vision is underpinned

Technologies we use

Our stack is made up of the following core technologies and
languages: .NET Framework and .NET Core,C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, WCF, SQL, ASP.NET Web API, JavaScript, TypeScript,
jQuery, Bootstrap, Azure DevOps, GIT,
Service Fabric and a range of Azure Technologies and Services.

Qualifications You are
PASSIONATE about developing people and value building win/win relationships You have experience managing Software
Engineering teams in an enterprise environmentYou have the patience to pursue a longer term
vision but actively seek opportunities to accelerate progressYou are adaptable and view failure, both your
own and that of your team, as an opportunity to learn and improveYou are curious, with a desire to innovate in
order to find optimal technical solutionsYou understand and are an advocate of Agile
and Lean principles, Object Orientation, SOLID Principles and building-in
quality throughout the Engineering pipelineYou have excellent written and verbal
communication, in English, and can adapt your style to meets the needs of your
audience.
