Encore are recruiting a Full Time Office Accounts Administrator, to work within a well- established Accounts team for a fast growing business on a temporary leading to permanent basis, based in Barwell Leicestershire.

Key Duties:
  • Assisting the accounts department with day to day administrative tasks
  • Data imputing of customer orders on Sage
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • EDI entry's
  • General office administration including answering incoming calls and other ad hoc administration tasks
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Filing documents and ensuring records are complete

Key Attributes:
  • Knowledge and experience of Sage accounts software preferred - but not essential
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Accurate inputting skills required
  • Some knowledge of EDI preferred but not essential as training can be given
  • The ability to work under pressure with a pro-active attitude

Benefits:
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Pay rate will be starting on £8.21 per hour
  • Onsite parking
