IT Call Analyst - £18,000 - £21,000 - 37.5 Hour Week - Godalming - Surrey - Are you an IT Call Analyst - IT Service Desk Call Operator with good knowledge of IT? Are you looking to work within a dynamic, fast, buzzy environment?

For this IT Call Analyst opportunity, you will need to have a keen interest in IT, if this is you then this could be a great opportunity for YOU as you will be given training, there will be plenty of opportunities to use this role as a springboard to a pure 1st Line, 2nd and 3rd Line support positions in the future if you show the right work commitment and attitude. For this role, customer service experience is the key as taking telephone calls is essential. Experience of working within a Service Desk ticketing system and Microsoft Office proficiency would be very advantageous. For this role you will need to to respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone calls and emails. To accurately record details of the caller, problem and severity of the IT-related issue. You will need to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction, applying logic and common sense to requests for assistance, ensuring that using identified criteria, issues are escalated in accordance with procedures.
