UK IT Service Operations Manager is required following a transformation of my client's focused business. Based from their Surrey office close to the M25, M4 and M3 you will have previous experience of providing operational and service delivery to their retail customers. This is a key strategic and operational leadership role with responsibility for development, continuous improvement across process, technology, utilisation and delivering key service outcomes.

Experience of leading change around service delivery like the outsourcing or insourcing of service functions is required for this role. ITIL focused, building new service towers etc...

You will be accountable for approximately 40-50 people (with 3 direct reports) and includes; managing operational service desk, customer service teams, field engineers, call schedulers and allocators. Experience of change management and proven ability to adapt to moving trends with strong relationship and leadership qualities. Putting in place ability to manage effectively customer SLA's and achieving KPI targets in a contracted service focused environment is essential.

Salary / package on offer is c£70,000 + £8,400 car allowance, bonus, 9% pension and private medical insurance. Please send CV in first instance
