  • Managing the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register within Smartsheet
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, take minutes, actions and decisions and ensure they are logged in Smartsheet
  • Support the PMO with the creation of status reports, and presentations needed for the governance meetings
  • Support in the cross-programme dependencies and ensure the dependencies accurately maintained.
  • Coordinate with all the individual Project managers for each workstream to ensure all plans are updated on a weekly basis within Smartsheet

Minimum Required Skills:
  • Experience in working within a PMO environment
  • Experience delivering global programs throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Proven experience managing dependencies, releases, risks and issues
  • Proven experience aligning and holding stakeholders to account
  • Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g. partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.).
  • Proven capability to understand and meet requirements from both internal and external customers
  • Proven track record of working in an agile methodology using some level of continuous integration
  • Must be able to identify and work with stakeholders to collect, aggregate, and evaluate requirements in light of current and future technology and resources
