The client are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their expanding international retail/supplies business in Newton Abbot.

The role will entail customer service related responsibilities, along with supervising a team of advisors.

Description

The responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Leader are:
  • Provide leadership to advisors
  • Have the ability to handle escalations and provide a well presented solution
  • Handle appraisals, interviews and team absences
  • Able to train customer service advisors on product knowledge and service
  • Willing to regularly travel to surrounding offices to lead training programs

Profile

The successful Customer Service Team Leader will:
  • Go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
  • Be passionate about the role
  • Have 3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years team leader experience
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Be committed to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of it going permanent
